HIGH SCHOOL AND MIDDLE SCHOOL
“There is only so much you can learn within the confines of a small classroom. If you’re tired of being couped up—if you long for adventure—if you desire space to think, to breath, to explore, then look no further! The Opt Outside Enrichment Course is for you! The goal of the course is to explore and encounter nature in an intimate and embodied way. We will do this by going on at least 3 outdoor adventures each quarter. These adventures will most often be hiking excursions, but they may also include activities such as kayaking, climbing, and cycling. Come to room 304 after school on Friday, November 12th, to find your adventure!”
Art Guild for Middle & High School continues with Miss Dupee on Mondays! Join Ms. Summa Tuesday after school at 3:40 to discuss the remainder of the school year plans for an extra curricular in studio art. Will you want to work independently or work on a mural as a group? What new media would you like to explore if you had a chance? Spend an hour discussing options and experimenting with media in room 214. See you then!
This week is the 4th week of a 7-week series of Conversations with the Counselor. They take place every Friday for middle and high school students during Lyceum.
